#livecode?

I've been really missing the possibility of quickly logging on to irc and asking someone about something that cannot be justified when posted on forum. For example currently I'm trying to create a graphic and set it's size to this and this. Hardly something I'd feel good about posting here as it's so insignificant, yet still it has already eaten 2 hours of my day.

SO please give your opinion of the possiblity of #livecode and if perhaps someone experienced decides to go along, start it up then all the more better.

It's probably my fault that there's no livecode IRC channel anywhere :(

Sorry you feel that way...
The reason I'd be against irc is if the question/answer was not publicly available. Repeatedly answering the same question is dull.

IRC is a great option for those who like it. I know more than a few developers and enthusiasts who prefer it over any other form of venue.

You're certainly welcome to start an IRC channel if you're in a position to do so, but it may take some time for it to become as well-known as the other popular channels for support of other languages.

In the mean, you may want to check out ChatRev:

Built in LiveCode, that chat client is tied to a server on which there's almost always at least a couple LiveCode devs hanging out.
