Idea2app purchase Issue

I have tried to buy this product 5 times now, 3 different computers 2 different browsers, and 2 different cards. when I try to submit payment it tells me that my card has been declined. However, When I called my bank to find out what is going on, they tell me the transaction was approved. Has anyone else had this problem? or am I doing something wrong?

Same here, but with Mega Bundle. My normal card for Internet purchasing was declined multiple times from multiple PCs. Bank said was declined because wrong secrity ID # on back of card was being entered, even though I entered it right and works fine on other sites. Tried another card, same exact "declined" error. Tried setting up a Pay Pal account just for this one purchase ... also declined. Tried contacting RunRev about it but nobody seems to be home. I love LiveCode product, but their transaction processing and subsequent support is terrible. Makes me worry about getting support on future technical problems if I go this route. I've sent a request to Qt folks about purchasing a license from them instead. Whichever contacts me first gets my $$$.

Tech support is good about these things but they are closed on weekends. You should get a reply within 2 business days, though often it's sooner.

Status update:
I was contacted by Heather from their support group. Turns out, there seems to be some kind of transaction size limit (possibly for international purchases?) on both of my cards, or at least with regard to this particular transaction site. In any case, she was able to push the purchase through manually by breaking it into two smaller charges. Lesson learned.
