I am a high school senior and I was looking for scholarships that deal with computer programs like AutoCad or Photoshop or 3D computer animation. Does anyone know of any scholarships that I could apply for with those two?

In the UK, Companies like Jaguar Landrover use CAD systems like Enovia http://www.3ds.com/products-services/enovia/ and have schemes like http://www.jaguarlandrovercareers.com/j ... /graduate/ they create 3D concept/physical models, use photoshop etc for product brochures.
