On-Rev Emergency Issue

I am an on-rev hosting customer.
The PANCAKE server at on-rev has had an important failure and a very outdated backup has been restored.
I am a freelance web developer and this can be potentially disastrous for my business.
Right now on-rev support system and forums don't work. I am very concerned.
Please i need accurate information about the possibilities to restore a recent backup of my sites.
Thanks

They are currently restoring the latest backups. According to a mailing list post, those affected should write to the general support address at
support@runrev.com for some special information.

I'm also a customer on pancake.
It has been more than 24 hours and as of writing all my client sites are down.
I've written a few emails to support - can we please have an update on the issue and time to fix?
Thanks,
Ivan

Right now my account has been restored into a new server but there are some missing important information yet:
Not all databases are back

Some addon domains and subdomains are not added into my account

Some email accounts are not back yet

All the folders and files are in their place
The backup date is about 28 april 2015.
Yesterday was a terrible day dealing with customers and students from our elearning sites.
I hope all will return to normal soon...

Glad to hear you have partial accesss.
Did you have to update any settings (nameservers etc) to access your old domains?
As of now all my websites are returning a 403 error and I'm waiting on instructions from On-Rev...

Hi all - I'm also affected - no email, no domains, no ftp, no web services - but this is by far the worst outage since I signed up with them in 2009 (I think). Heather and David have been working round-the-clock and are getting accounts going again as fast as they can and I thank them for all they're doing.
It is frustrating though.
I'm thinking of starting an account at hostm.com as a result of recent events - which is a shame - I would like to stay with on-rev but in my situation it's prudent to at least try them out and see if they can provide a more reliable service...
Kind regards
Dave
EDIT: my data is reappeared! Hooray! Thank you David and Heather! (phew)

Hi Ivan - sorry to hear your sites are still down (my email is still gone and I can't access my cPanel account) but everything else seems to be back
Just so you know this coming weekend is a bank holiday weekend here in the UK - I'm sure everyone at LiveCode is doing what they can and won't abandon us - but we should be aware that most people won't be working this weekend.
PS: I've set up my hostm account...

Hi Dave,
Indeed today is also a public holiday in Singapore (Labour Day).
I've been checking regularly but still no updates - nearly 48 hours of downtime and counting.
Enjoy your weekend
Kind regards,
Ivan

Ivan - Heather and David have now sorted out my emails and cPanel so they are obviously working extra (on top of what they did last night!) - hoping you have good news very soon
Kind regards
Dave

Unfortunately today I have not seen any progress on my account restoration.
Glad to see other accounts are progressing.
I have always trusted on on-rev hosting service since it started to operate, even more than in my hostgator and hostmonster accounts. But when everything return to normal I will gradually migrate my sites.
Meanwhile i feel impotent. The only thing I can do is waiting hoping everything will return to normality.
