Hi Max,
What browser are you using? What you should see is video playback creating a simple app. The is implemented using HTML5 video tags so the first thing I would check is if your browser supports this.
Kind Regards,
Neil Roger

Probably embedding a youtube video would be more compatible.

Hi Max,
We've used our own video hosting to give us more control over the player, branding and analytics. I've had a quick internet search for the issue you are experiencing and it does seem like a known issue with Windows XP and Firefox.
More information on this can be found here-
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1053509
One thing to try would be using an alternative browser (e.g. chrome) to see if this issue still occurs. This would rule out any browser specific issues.
Kind Regards,
Neil Roger

Hi Neil,
see also this thread:
http://forums.livecode.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=24279
I suppose that at least starting homepage should be totally redesigned.

Hi Max,
I've passed both forum posts onto the relevant teams who will be able to investigate further.
Kind Regards,
