Well, oddly enough, Yes!

And if you have problems there go and ask William Shakespeare where he nicked all his stuff from.

As a training exercise it is just dandy.

Obviously my "rip-off" will only extend as far as the functionality as

1. I have no way to access the underlying code (and wouldn't want to anyway).

2. I have no intention of stealing the front-end design: I would take considerable trouble to make sure it looks different.

The particularly groovy stuff in the last frame is the way the numbers animate when clicked on.
