Funny support response

I ordered the megabundle but just before Christmas I emailed support because I hadn't received my DVDs. I've just received the best support response I've ever had, ever:
That's just too funny!
(By the way, this isn't sarcasm, I'm genuinely chuckled!)
So, to avoid delays, they delayed shipping!!Production of the Conference DVDs was completed just before Christmas but due to
the time of year we delayed shipping until after the holiday period so as not to
be caught up in the Christmas delays.
