RevMobile -- Pre Alpha still?

From past experience, pre-alpha means you keep it in house and don't release it.
This is the main thing stopping me from purchasing RevMobile...

I'd like to know if "pre-alpha" means a developing but still restricted feature set; or it's fairly unstable...

If it's fairly stable, I suggest that Rev upgrades the build quality rating to pre-beta, or even beta...
