Warning with my last update on Google Play console

I uploaded an update of my App (already published) to Google Play console and I received the following warning:

I cannot make any sense of it. But it is the only one warning that is not possible to ignore (as you can see way in the button, there are 9 of them).

Anyone know what are they talking about?
