Where is the Android Externals SDK?

The iOS externals SDK has been around for two years now.
Where is the Android one?
This is becoming a real blocker for some of us...

I logged into the forum to ask the same thing and found your post. So I'm guessing there isn't one as of yet. Add my vote for an Android SDK!

An externals SDK is the only way to add features on the platform? Just curious...
