I'm encountering a problem which causes that, after some time of inactivity, a part of the stack is not displayed on Kindle Fire screen (but if you put a button in that part of the black screen it works).
If you have a Kindle Fire and develop apps for that, please check this:
1. Create a new main stack.
2. Install it on a Kindle Fire.
3. Leave the app opened for some time (maybe 2 hours or so).
4. Press On/Off physical button on Kindle to exit from lock screen.
You will find that the only part visible of your app is the top most 1600x1600 pixels. When you touch on the Navigation Bar icon it appears the Kindle Navigation Bar. Tap on the home button of the Navigation Bar and you go in the home screen, reopen the app and you'll have nothing is changed.
The problem disappears only if you tap on the Back button of the Navigation Bar (that should quit the application), then launch the app again.

Hi Mag,
I haven't tested this yet on my fire but I expect you are correct. I've seen something similar on my HTC.
I think the most important need here is a message to say when the app is no longer in focus. There currently is none for android (maybe iOS as well), with that at least we could try to fix errors.

Hi Simon,
Very interesting. There is a bug on this on the Quality Control Center. Would be great whether you could get more info to see if these bugs are related in some way.

I agree on a "no longer in focus" message. Would be very useful (best to say needed) in a lot of situations.
