Android SDK problems

Hi all,
This is a topic that the forum is full but, after many days, I haven't found a solution.
on my pc have Win 7 64bit and L.C. 6.6.2.
I followed this lesson: http://lessons.runrev.com/m/2571/l/2738 ... er-on-a-pc (How do I Become an Android Developer on a PC?)
when I try to set the location of SDK root from edit > preference I got this error: at the beginning of the installation appeared this window: saying that Java JDK version 1.8 has been found, the path is C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath\java.exe.
but in the LC preference pane, under Mobile support I read JDK Path: (none) I have tried to reinstall all; JDK, SDK several times but nothing has changed. read a lot of topics here, in the forum, without solving.
thanks for help, ciao
