Does anyone know if Google Cloud Messaging works on tablets that do not have a sim card?
I get the pushNotificaitonRegistered message which gives a long id. I dont think it would give that ID if it didnt work. So then I compose a message to be sent and it does not appear in the notification tray of my Samsung Galaxy tab 2.0 that is connected to WiFi. However, if I use the exact same method with a different ID, the message shows up in an instant on my samsung Galaxy 3 phone that is connected to 4G by ATT.
Any thoughts?
