Along the lines of using Ctrl-F11 and Ctrl-F12 to switch between Portriat and Landscape in the Android Simulator,
anyone know of a way to change to each of the:
portrait
portrait upside down
landscape left
landscape right

Note:
Due to a limitation in the OS,
'landscape left' and 'portrait upside-down'
orientations are
only supported on Android 2.3 and later.

But how do I get the 2.3 simulator into those positions?

Or-- in other words-- has anybody done this successfully?
