Live Wallpapers

Hello,
I am new to app development and I have been working with a devoloper on some of my app ideas. Somebody told me about livecode and it looks great, I really want to spend the time learning and devoloping myself but a some of my ideas are making live wallpapers for andriod. Can livecode support this? Has anybody made a live wallpaper app using livecode that I might be able to download?
