Problem about installing app into android emulater

Dear Sir:
I always get the error message "INSTALL_FAILED_OLDER_SDK" when I install the app into android emulater.
My android sdk's version is 2.2. Befor I used 2.2 version, I used 4.0 version to program android app by java. The generated virtual device is based on the sdk of version 2.2. I can get the XXX.apk file from the livecode successfully, but when I install the XXX.apk into android emulater, the error message always occurs.. Someone could give me some suggestions?

I had the same type of issues.

I'm pretty sure it has to be the v2.2 api 8.
