Notice of receipt from support

I sent an email to support 2 days ago to signal a suspicion of spam on the forums:
Business and Kiosks (Kiosk Builder, Slide Show Builder or roll your own)

I haven't received a notice of receipt yet. A likely explanation is that my email could have been blocked. I have very recently been made aware that my provider has a bit of a reputation of spammer and that my emails are blocked by anti-spam software (mostly in big institutions like Universities).

Anyway you could set up some automated notification of receipt, so that at least I get to know whether my message got on your side or not?

For instance, I would receive the following notice anytime I send a support request to my web hosting service:
Dear XXXX

*** DO NOT REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL, THIS IS NOT A VALID REPLY ADDRESS ***

Your support ticket has been updated by XXX XXX (Customer Services).
Your ticket details are:-

Ticket Number: 601xxxxxx
Summary: xxxx
Time Updated: xxxxxx

You can view this update by logging into your account.
