Web browser with 2.8 ?

I received an newsletter late last year that said the new version would have a web browser view, but I do not see it anywhere listed or documented in this version. Does anyone know if it is in this version if not what version should we see it ?

The only thing is it says when I open the browser stack is this is a demo, Is the demo also the plug in ? It kind of confusing if this is just a demo or not.

Ok I figured it out, I did not see that there was a pdf on how to use this packaged along with.
