XML-RPC library and libURLLastRHHeaders for Android

Is there any plan for

-XML-RPC library
-and libURLLastRHHeaders()

for Android ?

Someone was saying on the mailing list that networking capabilities are very important for mobile.

The mothership should do something about it !

Even without speaking about XML-RPC (which is very focused, okay), to be unable on IOS or Android to catch the http header sent back by a server (cookie) is a real miss, a real flaw.
