Feeling LiveCode for HTML5 are busy, and 7.0.0 & 6.7.0 has not been updated for more than a month, this is not a good thing.

The versions of LC 7 that are available now are "Developers Previews", so they are meant more for testing and finding bugs than using for actual development. From what I understand LC 7 is very close to a Release Candidate (RC1). Until then the latest stable release has been working well for me. I'd personally rather they spend the time making sure LC 7 is up to snuff than release a buggy product. Once the release is (GM), if there is a bug, we would have to wait until the next version for a fix. (at least I think that's the case)

Edit: What I said about LC 7 Developer Previews also applies to all current versions of 6.7 as well

There was a sign in a favorite restaurant in my home town: "Good food takes time to prepare. Yours will be ready in seconds."
Last I heard the 6.7 build was about to go RC soon, likely within a week or so. V7 is a much bigger scope so it'll take more time to get to RC level.
How's your testing gone with v6.7 thus far?

If you look at the previous update,
An average of 7 to 14 days will be updated once.
Now what?
50 to 60 days are not updated ,
Does this mean that employees were moved out of it.

Lots of work is being done on 7.0 and 6.7, we just don't always see it in the form of new installers to test. I put together an article on how to watch the progress on the LiveCode engine by using SourceTree to monitor the livecode repository on Github. If you follow the tutorial and add some of the engineers to the list of watched repositories you will see that they stay pretty busy.
