Quicktime chapter markers

I have a stack that will move a quicktime movie to a predetermined location using the time, but when the movie changes, the times all have to be re-indexed. It would be great to be able to access the QT chapter markers

I suggest checking out Blue Mango's Enhanced QuickTime External. I believe that will allow access to chapter markers.
