continuous parse loop

Hi - at yesterday's 'LiveCode Members' webinar Ben mentioned a "continuous parse loop" approach that was being taken in some aspect of LiveCode 8 (at least I think that's what he said, I was cooking tea at the time) - and he even suggested we could look it up in wikipedia for more information

Well I've checked and can't see anything that could really apply - could someone else who at the webinar put me out of my misery?

Or anyone with a good definition of it that might apply to LiveCode?
