Which version of Livecode works on what.

It would be extremely useful if there were a list of which versions of Livecode
worked on which versions of which operating systems.
For instance, let's imagine a client who wishes to deploy standalones
made by me across a series of machines using Windows versions XP to 10,
and Macintoshes using Mac OS 10.6 to 10.11.
This might involve building standalones from different versions of Livecode,
and even where necessary tweaking code to take various factors into consideration.
With such a list life would be a bit easier for developers who don't live in
the sort of market where ALL clients ALL have the latest hardware and operating
systems.
Let's imagine a list something like this:
LC/RR versions 1 to 2: Windows 3.1 to XP
Macintosh 8.0 to 10.4
Linux (forget it as at that stage desktop Linux was almost unusable).
for each major LC/RR release.
I hope this is not asking too much; but, surely (?) somewhere, there must
be some sort of list or set of requirements that could be put into such a list.
