I haven't received a notice of receipt yet. A likely explanation is that my email could have been blocked. I have very recently been made aware that my provider has a bit of a reputation of spammer and that my emails are blocked by anti-spam software (mostly in big institutions like Universities).Business and Kiosks (Kiosk Builder, Slide Show Builder or roll your own)

Anyway you could set up some automated notification of receipt, so that at least I get to know whether my message got on your side or not?
For instance, I would receive the following notice anytime I send a support request to my web hosting service:
Dear XXXX
*** DO NOT REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL, THIS IS NOT A VALID REPLY ADDRESS ***
Your support ticket has been updated by XXX XXX (Customer Services).
Your ticket details are:-
Ticket Number: 601xxxxxx
Summary: xxxx
Time Updated: xxxxxx
