revMobile iPhone application size

Post by andyt » Mon Mar 08, 2010 10:57 am

I hear that Apple has a 10Mb size limit on iPhone apps and that commentators have been grumbling about the much anticipated Flash CS5 Beta release which is said to be able to output native iPhone apps from Flash files but as yet even simple Flash apps are weighing in quite large (near the 10Mb limit) and aren't that responsive.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how big or small (relatively speaking) the application files are that revMobile produces particularly for the iPhone. I believe this to be quite a major point that should perhaps be added to the faq.

I was wondering the same thing myself...
Would be good to know, along with other performance comparisons with xcoded apps...

That would be as much as the engine weights I guess.
