Grid option

Wouldn't it make more sense for the "Grid" functionality be listed under the tools menu instead of the view menu?
I was just thinking the view menu is used for stuff you actually see, and since the grid has functionality, yet is invisible, I'd expect it to be in the Tools menu.
Now when I click it, I'm always thinking, "Hey, where's my grid?"
