Hello,

Before LiveCode and LiveCode University are great.

I install a LiveCode Trial there are 10 days and now buy a license.

After launch LCU and use "check updade for content" In Process Update i have this problem in warming window
" Unable to connect to database 'pwr' Access denied for user...."

Do I need uninstall LCU and download and install of more?
And other question
How is possible to connect in LCU server? Necessary for some lesson!

Thanks for trying and purchasing LCU.

Based on the error message you are getting it sounds like you have an early version of LCU. Try going back to the download page at http://university.livecode.com and download LCU again. That should fix the problem you are having. LCU should still remember your license code after downloading the newest version, but if it doesn't simply re-enter the license code information.

The latest version of LCU is v. 1.1.5.

Thank you for your reply, after download LCU , That work nicely.
Now is time to learn more coding

I don't know if i have the same problem (How connect to LCU server) when i need to connect in LCU server during lessons.
So if is it the same instance, i will return in this forum.

Good to hear, Eric.

You should also find that with the new version many of the lessons that formerly depended on downloads from the server now contain the lesson media resources in the local data store.
