Hi alls,

I finish today the pseudoCode "Controlling your Robot", and i enjoy to submit my pseudoCode.

Return to Table of content, despair!!!
this assignment was not valid. I have this message when i click on " Assignment : pseudocode Robot programming"
" You have not done this assignment
Date Issue : - 62169984561"

I try a new submit , same result

Eric,

Submitting your assignment does not mark it as completed, only as "in progress". Do the Self-evalutuation from the Go menu > Self-evaluation tool. Once you mark it as complete there and give yourself score, it should show up in the list with a Checkmark as completed.

Dear Devin,

The problem is not resolve. I think maybe is because when i start LCU with trial version, i make some lessons and submit some work, but not the "Controlling your robot".

When i go to self-evaluation tool and select "Pseudocode Robot programming" i can put my self-evaluation but button "submit" is disabled and no date in field Date submitted

For lesson objects exercise everything is good i can :
put my self-evaluation
Submit
Assignment are valid (green and check)

Maybe i need to make a clear install?

Last question :
Is that lessons must be make in order?

It sounds like a bug in LCU. I will check into it, and see if I can duplicate it.

I found the problem. It was in the robot programming stack. I have fixed the problem, and the updated stack is in the master database. That means that if you have the full, paid version of LCU, and you choose Check for Content Updates in the Help menu, it will download the newest version of the Robot assignment. Once the updates are downloaded, you should quit and relaunch LCU to clear the file cache to ensure that the new version loads.

If you are still on the trial version and want to try the fixed version, drop me an email offline at devin_asay@byu.edu, and I'll give you instructions on how to get it.

load the last submitted
submit again

hello how do i know the points earned on the evaluation, im a little confuse with the evaluation procedure

This is simply a self-assessment. The assignment is worth 20 points, so if you think your program works perfectly, give yourself all 20 points. If it has problems just estimate how much of the 20 points you think you should get.

If you were taking the course in a formal classroom setting the teacher would assign a score, but in the personal edition of LCU the user needs to give himself a score for each assignment.
