This oddity was raised several years ago, the "inclusive" vs "exclusive" array of points that define a rect. I will try to find it. I think this had more to do with including the pixels that lay on two parallel lines (like the left and right vertical lines of a button, say), and whether both were counted when finding the width of that object. But of course this is the same issue.
Jacque? Mark S. and Mark W.? Do you remember this? We came to some sort of resolution, or at least some sort of realization. Others may recall as well. I will try to find it.
