Phone testing

Hi all
My app is all finished
i have spent 2 days learning to use my new mac
i was able to install everything i need
I was also able to test it on the simulator (all perfect)
Now how do i test it on the iphone

i have the profiles working good
i registered my iphone on the developers network

i tried creating standalone application and try to open it with xcode but it does not work

is there a guide for this part of the process.?

thank you very much, i was able to test it on the phone and thankfully everything works perfectly

now final step, submit to app store
let me see if i can figure out this part lol

There's a lesson on that too. Look around and search the lessons for something like "submit to app store".
