I want to create an app that is based on a gps map .
Is there any guideline to walk through ?

Also i wanted to mention that the pricing (an indy for example) is too expensive for a beginner.
How will i know that if i create an app as a beginner will i make even the money needed (for example 60 euro/month) ?
