belkin wemo controlled by arduino esp8266 in LC push button

Hi, can somebody help me to translate this arduino / esp8266 sketch to a LC pushbutton ??
this is for controlling a belkin wemo switch outlet.

I had try to do a search into the forums, but it tells me that "HTTP POST" is a very common phrase, and it cannot not search for it
