always in runtime mode

Dear Livecode users,

I'm running LiveCodeIndy 8.1.4 on a Win10 x64 computer. Seems like LiveCode is always in runtime mode. Rightclick on a button runs the script. Property inspector and scripteditor do not show up. Where's the problem? I'm sure, the problem is sitting in front of the computer

can't you switch modes/tools with the Tools palette or via the menu "Tools"?

Hi Klaus,

it doesn't work, no matter what I select. Don't know if this has something to do with it, but every time, when I launch LiveCode, an error message appears (attached). When I hit continue, there's no prompt for a folder.

I'm also running version 8.1.4 on my laptop. It all works pretty fine there. Strange...

It would seem that BvG Docu is causing the problem . . .

take it out of your plug-ins folder and try to launch LiveCode again.
