Problem with menu bar

I've got myself into a mess trying to figure out how to set up menus in Rev using the Tools/Menu Builder. One of my stacks now has just a File menu on the menu bar and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. In the Menu Builder, IF I click on the Edit button, it gives me a list of the groups on the current card but none of them relate to the menu bar.

How can I get rid of the menu?

Menubars are just groubs with something in the stack pointing to them. try to delete the group from your stack.
