Can I develop an app for iOS on windows with livecode?

I was wondering if Ican do that, or do I need a MAC

No, you need XCode and the iOS sdk (mac only) to develop for iOS. It's an Apple limitation, not a LiveCode one.

You CAN develop on Win BUT ... you can't test because you dont'have iOS Simulator on Win nor XCode so, you can write the code, but to test you need a Mac or ... OSX running in a Virtual Machine under Win (but this is ... illegal ... following Apple License Agreement) :)
