How can I tell what version of the SDK I'm using and if I upgrade to the latest one,
will my apps be affected?
Thanks

Re: What version of SDK am I using?
Hi,
I fire up LiveCode and Click on LiveCode | About LiveCode. The SDK version is there.
I am pretty new to LC, so have not undertaken a major version upgrade. I have, however, upgraded within versions (revisions, if you like) and experienced no issues - well... none that I (in my very limited knowledge of LC at the moment) noticed !
The good thing tho', is when carrying out the upgrade I left the original instance of LC on my drive... I can switch between them at will AND fire up (effectively) two instances at the same time (albeit in different versions). Generally, I want to fire up a tutorial (old / previous version of LC) whilst working on my app (current version)... which, having both versions available, works really well on my Mac - although it does get a little confusing !
HTH
Regards.

I'm 'getting there'... just far too slowly !
