Code and quote still broken?

I see that recent posts in all parts of the forum have these tools fixed. I still cannot use them. Is there something I need to update?

Hi Craig,

unfortunately it is still broken and people insert manually
code /code in rectangular brackets as the tooltip over the button shows and insert the code in between.

OK, will do it by hand for a while. Stupid that I did not figure that out, and assumed that if I was not bottle-fed the formatting aid, I could not use it at all.
