I am currently doing the game academy tutorials and i have come to a problem. In lesson 2 i put in the rocket, the background and mountains, and i put in all the coding for card script and also copy and pasted the script from the finished products stack which was giving in the documents. But the mountain doesn't move nor does the rocket.The same people happens for the rocket moving in lesson 1. i have made the rectangle move but i haven't been able to give the rocket gravity. I am doing everything as in the video. Dave who is doing these lessons may be able to help. Unfortunately i haven't been able to make the lessons live, in order to ask.

You might post this in the private game academy forum, as well as read the forum so that you can get insight into this. My suspicion is that you are missing the script that goes into the stack that handles screen updates. If thats the case theres a ton of info and threads that talk about it.
