I am completely new to coding and, specifically, LiveCode, and I seem to be having trouble with only one aspect of the program. I'm using version 5.5, and after watching the video lessons to code the app Ticked Off, I keep getting stuck at the button resizing in lesson 4. I understand that the ratios from the mainstack need to be replicated in the buttons in the substack, but they aren't doing so. I think my problem has to do with a misunderstanding regarding the custom properties on the buttons themselves, but I can't figure it out. Is there something left out of the video, or am I just a dolt?
Any help would be very much appreciated. This is the only thing keeping me from being able to adequately use the program. Thank you for your time!
