Hi all, I'm migrating from RealStudio and would like to dip into LiveCode by making a small application.
Basically what would one use in order to be able to draw graphics to a window? Much like a 2D game has a canvas (HTML5 Canvas etc) , does LiveCode have the same?
I have literally only been using RunRev LiveCode for about 2 hours. I bought the Gold Bundle and so far am very pleased with what LiveCode is all about.
Warm Regards to all,
Amon

A Canvas to draw graphics on?

Re: A Canvas to draw graphics on?
LiveCode provides quite a nice collection of tool modes that can be used to create and edit both raster and vector graphics - see the "tool" entry in the Dictionary.

Thanks for your replies. Spent a while going through docs and tutorials. I think I might begin testing a few things now.
Thanks again!
