User Samples not working

I tried to upload a stack to the "User Samples" facility, but it is not working properly.
I am logged in.
The upload section lists stacks I have not uploaded and the stack I did upload (several times).
I click on the stack in the list and it tells me the stack with the same name is already open. It is not!!! Cancel needs a number of clicks to exit the dialog. Purge does nothing. Save says it cannot save due to an error and loads the stack.
I can only exit avter 6 clicks on cancel.

I now have a screen in "User Samples" to put the stack image etc.
Briefly, whatever I do, the information I add, including text is not retained, even though it is saved in this screen but it shows the stack size.
What is wrong here?
Also, how can you delete a stack you no longer wish someone to use?

Hi,

This is a well-known problem. Many people can't use RevOnline while a few can. A bug has been reported and confirmed and RunRev seems to be working on it. I think all you can do is write to support and tell them to hurry fixing this problem.
