My checkboxes look fine - on a windows environment. But once they go on a mobile device - the boxes are so small that checking them becomes ridiculous. I can change the text size for the text next to the box - and I can change the overall size of the object- but the stupid box stays the same size. The only workaround I've developed is to create my own images and use those.
I am probably being stupid here - and missing the easier solution - so I thought I would ask.

No not stupid. You do have to cut your own images and stick the id's in the icons & border of the inspector.
Not the best but you can work with it.
