I have LiveCode Community (Personal) 6.1, on Mac OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) with Japanese language.
I created a simple stack with a single button that makes system beep on mouseUp. Then I tried to save the stack on my hard drive, but this error message appears:
Can't save stack Untitled 1 with error: can't open stack file
Any help?

Hi Turbolaserguy,
Welcome in this forum.
I tried it with LiveCode and it works for me (although not in Japanese)
What happen if you try to quit ?
Best regards

Re: Can't save stack
Any Unicode characters in the file path of the stack file? Sometimes that can cause problems (the team is working on that for a future build).

Re: Can't save stack
FouthWorld,
Thanks. I removed Japanese characters from the filepath, then I could save.
LiveCode/RunRev really needs Unicode support
