DId anybody tried using LiveCode for a game, presentation or whaterver, where you must use an animation of water (like water coming out of a jar, or running under a bridge, etc.)? How did you solved it?

I doubt anyone did a physical simulation of water-visuals in LC, because the amount of animated objects is too limited when using this technology.
However if it's only about presentation, then the best way is to use a pre-rendered animation. So simple show a movie, animated gif or a button of which you set the icon to different images.

It is possible to display a browser window with an epic HTML5 & WebGL Water Simulation. No one would build a water simulator in Livecode because thats not what its for.
Sure you can make one work, its math. But it would be slow after so many particles.
