Well, I was able to run the App after Heather Suggested turn on the
Test Target.. That solved that.

Next on the

At the Very end of the Video the instructor Drags the Icon to the
Xcode Organizer Devices Screen, and drops it on the iphone
and Magic it appears..

I try that and It wont drop.. The Icon Does run in Xcode Simulator. Successfully
and I know its User Error. And I know the User.. but thats about all I know..

In a Video, The instructor Drops the live code file
in what appears to the application folder screen when the
application folder is selected.
under the iphone icon in xcode..

I try this but it does not give me the Plus Sign and will not drop in

Still trying..

Still in Louisiana USA.. trying to get out the Bayou.

Yep, Been there recently.

Trying to make sure I'm not wasting my time learning LiveCode if I can't even get the Hello World app to run on my iPhone.

Check this post for the latest n greatest step-by-step in Testing on the iPhone 5.
I'm using LiveCode 5.5.5 Licensed but should work with LC 6.5 Pro (Licensed) as well.
And you have to be a paid up Apple iOS App Developer. ($99)

http://forums.runrev.com/viewtopic.php? ... =15#p91921

I spent about two weeks sorting this out.
Hopefully you'll find it helpful.

Yeah, It's long and tedious.

After you follow the complete instructions step-by-step a few times
(umm, like 12) you start getting the hang of it and start understanding why each step is necessary.

Sit back, relax, settle in for the long haul, n try to have some fun learning.
And try to not take it too seriously.

One nice Feature available in many other software

Is a Little Box of some sort that when you hover over the Box
by a Field.. for a second or so.. a Popup menu pops up and
explaining what this field and..

Internal Apple ID.. What the Heck is it..

Is it my Apple Id.. what does Internal Mean..

Still Working on this In Louisiana USA

And the sad thing is all iOS developers have to go through this, no matter what program they wrote their code in. :(

Good news is that once you have it figured out completely it ill be a breeze, until you have to figure it out again.

I don't see the reference to Internal App ID.

Ask yourself:
Are you sober?
Are you tired?
Are you relaxed?

There are a lot of steps and it does take a lot of focus and patience.
I had to put it down quite a few time and return later.
Usually after a good nights sleep and fresh first thing in the morning.

Do you have a licensed version of LiveCode?
Do you have a paid membership for the Apple iOS Developer program?

As far as I know its all there in that step by step procedure.
The only thing better would be screen snaps.
But it takes too long for me to organize.

Start at the very first word.

And complete each and every step in sequence.

Read all the words and follow all the instructions.

Don't jump around.

If you're not sure, stop and ask.
