Hi
I'm quite new to LiveCode, having only started learning a couple of weeks ago. I've done some of the university lessons and the App Academy section.
I'm trying to create an App for the school where I work. I've created the interface, different cards and buttons etc fine. One of the things I wanted the app to do was display the school's twitter feed and this I'm struggling with.
I've created the app on dev.twitter and I've (after a couple of days trying) managed to get the app to authenticate using the oauth and twitter libraries from the Social Suite download. This however is as far as I've got. What I'm trying to do now is send a GET request for home_timeline.json but I don't know how to do this. I've tried a bunch of different things but I'm hoping someone can help me out. I have my access token and secret and the commercial key etc. I'm just not sure how I go about sending the request and getting back the info I want. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Josh
