How do I Open random stacks

Hello,
I am making a quiz app and I don't want it to be too easy to play so I was wondering if anyone knew how I can open a random stack and not open the same one twice but still open them all randomly. I also have 4 buttons which each have answers on them and I need to find some way to have the answers move in the 4 buttons randomly again to make it harder to cheat.
