Hi all,

the emulator is 5554 Android 2.3.3 API 10
when starts at the side of it is written: "Hardware Keyboard Use your physical keyboard to provide input"
missing anything?

Hi franco,
In the settings for the AVD select "Hardware keyboard present".
I just tested with 2.3.3 level 10 with a Nexus S device and it's working, but I don't think all AVD actually work using this setting.

I have tried a simply LC app on emulator, a card with only a text field. no changes in his properties. don't work, still unable to type into the box.
but I tried my original program on a real device (samsung smartphone) and there.... it works!
may be something missing in the ADV?
ciao
