Hello Guys,

I am writing an app for Android and I have a problem that I am sure there is a simple answer for. For example, I have an image that I want to set as a background, in the inspector I was wondering about how to point it to a location on the Android device for a .bmp or .jpg file? I have put ./background.jpg but nothing appears as background on the device. Im sure its a simple solution, any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi Matthew,
Are you using a referenced image?
For something like a background I'd just import it into the stack File>Import as Control>Image File.

Now if were some kind of slide show then I'd use an external folder. In that case you have to use Copy Files in the standalone settings.
The folder/images will end up in "specialFolderPath ("engine"). Look it up.
