I'm looking to do a mapping app and I'm getting familiar with the livecode commands and functions. I see that REVmobile plugin is needed in some cases. Has anyone created an app that deals with some of the locator functions and commands that don't require the REVMobile plugin?

I don't recall "RevMobile plugin", so I did a search and found this post explaining that it's capabilities have been long since implemented directly in the current IDE:
